Anybody wanna weigh in on the wiring for a project I’m working on?

Hey y’all! I’ve just finished sanding all of the finish off of an Epiphone Les Paul Special II. It’s been finished in tru-oil and it looks great – just about ready for some wiring.

Though I originally intended to put two Phat Cat P90s in, I’ve been toying with the idea of just putting in a single p90 in the bridge position. I’ve been GASing for a single-pickup guitar and it would also keep the cost of the project down in case the guitar turns out to play like crap. I figured I could do a sort of esquire-style wiring so that the 3-way toggle rout isn’t empty (I’ll cover up the neck rout with a pickguard).

This would be possible with a p90, right? No reason it wouldn’t be as far as I can think of. Anybody have thoughts?
